every 25 cockerel’s wing banded by the association (NO Hennies). Failure to do so NLGBA will impose a fine
of Php 5, 500.00.
4. Sample:
25-50 cockerels banded = 1 compulsory entry
51-100 cockerels banded = 2 compulsory entries
25-50 cockerels banded & no entry fielded = Inactive status
51-100 cockerels banded & only 1 fielded entry = Inactive status
5. Inactive status similar to requirements for new applicants as follows:
• Wing banding a deposit is required prior to banding of ½ the sum of the annual NLGBA Breeders Cup
Stag derby entry fee. The one compulsory entry per 25-50 cockerels banded will still apply.
25-50 cockerels banded = ½ entry fee deposit required
51-100 cockerels banded = full entry fee deposit required
6. Inactive member (s) and new member (s) who fail to field the required entry/entries in the compulsory derby
will be forfeited the monetary deposits they made in favor of NLGBA.
7. Compulsory entry credit clarifications:
• A member who is unable to field an entry in the compulsory derby with his banded cockerels can finance
an entry or buy stags of a fellow member taking the full credit of one (1) entry.
*** However, Two (2) successive years of doing so will subject to INACTIVE status and/or his membership
will be suspended or revoke for three (3) years before he can re-apply.
• A member who has cockerels bought from him, or has his cockerels financed by other individuals will take
full credit of each entry fielded, if all stags fielded in each of these entries were banded under his name.
8. Patronage refunds will be given only to the breeders of the stags regardless of who owned or financed the
entry at the time of the derby. An entry with stags banded from different member breeders will not earn any
refund.
9. Members of the Board of Directors are further required to field a compulsory entry in the annual Breeders
Cup Stag Derby. Failure to do so will also subject to pay ½ the amount of the NLGBA Breeders Cup Stag
Derby entry fee the succeeding year prior to wing banding. However, only one (1) entry is required for the
NLGBA Breeders Cup Stag Derby regardless of the number of cockerels banded. Credits of NLGBA Breeders
Cup Stag Derby fielded entries are the same as stipulated in Item 5.
I understand and acknowledge that, unless otherwise defined by applicable NLGBA rules, any membership relationship with this association is of "at will" nature, which means that the Member may withdraw at any time and the Association may withdraw Member at any time with or without cause. It is further understood that this "at will" membership relationship may not be changed by any document or by conduct unless such change is specifically acknowledged in writing by an authorized NLGBA Board of Director.
